Isiah Griffin
Board Member
Sr. District Sales Manager, PDC Healthcare
Isiah Griffin is a healthcare sales leader, mentor, and passionate advocate for youth impacted by the foster care system. A Miami native and former foster youth, he brings to the Voices For Children Board of Directors both professional experience and a deeply personal connection to its mission.
Isiah entered foster care at age seven, navigating shelters, group homes, different schools, and separation from his twin sister. Those experiences shaped his belief that a child's circumstances should never dictate their future.
Professionally, Isiah has built his career in healthcare and medical device sales and currently serves as a Senior District Sales Manager with PDC Healthcare, covering all of South Florida's acute care facilities.
As a Voices For Children mentor, Isiah works with youth across different ages and stages of the foster care journey, helping them recognize their strengths, broaden their exposure to new possibilities, and build confidence in pursuing their goals.
For Isiah, joining the Board represents a full-circle moment. From once navigating the foster care system himself, to mentoring youth on their own journeys, to now helping shape opportunities for the next generation. He is committed to ensuring foster youth are not defined by where they started, but empowered by where they have the potential to go.
Outside of work and service, Isiah enjoys reading, golf, discovering great coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing near the water.
"Voices for Children is where my journey comes full circle, and there’s something incredibly humbling about once being a child who needed a voice and now having the honor of helping make sure another child feels seen, believed in, and excited about what their future can become.”
